Seasonal Residency

Each year, the Alpine Chapel partners with bCN to invite young adults who are faith leaders to come to Telluride and build meaningful relationships with other young adults in the community. Residents live and work in Telski-supplied housing in exchange for seasonal employment at the resort. During their stay, they are paired with mentors and leaders who invest in them through encouragement and support.

Residents participate in our regular young adult nights, church services and outreach events, with additional opportunities to serve in youth ministry, worship, and community gatherings. We offer both summer and year-round internship options that combine work in Telluride with intentional mentoring, community support, and transformative experiences such as backpacking trips and global missions.

The summer residency typically begins in May and runs through mid to late August. The year-round residency can begin either in late May or late fall, depending on individual needs.
